Open Broadcaster Studio (OBS) is an open source program for video production. By creating and switching between Scenes,
OBS allows on-the-fly manipulation of your live broadcast or recording.
This page will be updated with text and picture tutorials in addition to the video tutorials.
Scenes are the pillar of what makes OBS so powerful. In this example, I set up Scenes, add Sources, and talk about Switching a Scene from Preview to Program.

Filters allow you to make changes to a Video/Audio/Media source in OBS. In this example, I will demonstrate the use of Video Filters to perform Crop and Chroma Key on a video input.

Audio monitoring allows you to hear yourself in your headphones while you talk into your microphone. This allows you to better judge your volume and diction while recording as well as monitor if your audio has problems. In the example below, I talk through setting up Audio Monitoring.
